Founded in 2023, the Winston-Salem Pack was created with a purpose far greater than football. Our mission is to provide young athletes with a positive environment that keeps them focused, motivated, and off the streets by surrounding them with strong mentorship, discipline, and opportunity.

We believe that sports can change lives. Through competitive football, structured training, and positive role models, we teach the importance of hard work, accountability, respect, and teamwork. Every practice and every game is an opportunity to build confidence, character, and leadership that extends far beyond the field.
